You can send a short follow-up message after delivery, thanking them for their order and gently reminding them that their feedback means a lot to small shops. Keep it friendly, not pushy, something like, “I hope you love your item. Reviews really help my shop grow if you have a moment to share your thoughts.” Etsy also sends automatic review reminders, so your message just adds a nice human touch.
