Welcome to Power Plate Strength Training Workouts
Welcome to Fit For You and Power Plate workouts! All our workouts are 25 mins long. Before starting the workout take 5 mins to stretch on level 1 (30 frequency, low). At the end of the workout take 5 mins to massage your legs, hips and back on level 6 or 8 (50 frequency, high). Every workout has a small description of what weights are needed during the workout. Set your clock to 9 mins and get ready to vibrate all your muscles!
