Getting started
12 week programme starts today ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป Question Calculating your TDEEโ€ฆ Iโ€™ve calculated my TDEE, Iโ€™m doing Tier 3, so first 4 weeks at 20% less TDEE, would I recalculate at the 5th week, then 25% less of that amount for weeks 6-9, then recalculate for week 10, then 30% of that number for week 11 and 12? I hope that makes sense!

That's a tough defecit to get started on, what's your aim? Fat loss or gaining more definition? Personally I'd say if it's fat loss it's going to largely depend on if you've lost a significant amount of weight. If not, I wouldn't recalculate until the end of the 12 week programme. The numbers aren't going to shift that significantly
Post your goals for the week ๐Ÿ”ฅ
Hey sisters! Happy Monday ๐Ÿ’› Whatโ€™s your 3 main goals for the week ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿป Feel free to share updates on these throughout the week so we can support and encourage one another ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป

Feeling strong
I've now been in the FPP coaching for nearly 4 months now and I'm still in shock as to how strong I'm feeling mentally and physically as well. I started my SAF journey in March/April 2023 and my journey between now and then is something I'm so damn proud of. My girls can see such a change in mummy and I'm able to show up for them so much more than I used to be able to. And no, I don't mean through quitting my full time job or cramming in as much as possible within the time that I have. I mean that because I've actually prioritised myself I'm able to be more for them. They are very young but even so they make the effort to try and prioritise their own self love activities and are improving their own self worth for themselves. Something I wish I'd been able to do at their age!
Weekend away at Butlins
Stayed accountable this weekend whilst away at Butlins with all the family whilst celebrating 4 big birthdays! I struggled with this mentality at the beginning of my SAF journey just over a year ago and it's clear how far I've come since then! Really proud of this for myself and looking forward to my next holiday at the end of July.

๐Ÿ† SHARE YOUR WIN OF THE MONTH ๐Ÿ†
Hey sisters! Happy Monday ๐Ÿ’› As we approach the last week of May I want you girls to take some to reflect on your progress this month. This is something we usually take for granted. Weโ€™re so focused on what comes next that we forget to give us self credit for what weโ€™ve already achieved. No matter how big or small your wins may be, remember there is always something to be thankful for ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป In the comments please share with following; 1. What your most proud of and why? 2. How this group has helped you? 3. Your number 1 goal for June Canโ€™t wait to see your wins! ๐Ÿ˜

1) staying accountable despite all the challenging social events this month has had and enjoying all the events too! 2) seeing everyone's motivational posts has helped boost my motivation 3) by the end of June I want to be back to eating at maintenance calories, fueling my body to be able to lift heavier.
