@Hanna Brown Raw grief is painful but in time we can learn to live alongside it without as much suffering. I'm glad music helped you - it has huge wellbeing benefits. I love it too - in fact I wrote and recorded a song last year in memory of my daughter who had a heart condition and died before she was born and to help those struggling with grief. https://open.spotify.com/album/1YdulhWZouqsjo4uhkkeIk?si=ZGzvSn_YSmu5uCXdEdbD3A Grief hides in many experiences - not just death. We feel grief when we become carers for someone with a terminal illness or dementia, anticipatory grief can be extremely hard. Estrangement from parents or children is a very complex grief... even retirement, redundancy and divorce bring grief. My job is to help people understand where grief is, what it is and ways we can live with it. It's a privilege to be doing this work to help others. I am a spiritual person with a love for trees, crystals and I believe in kindness. Would be great to understand more about your work?
