I followed the audio prompts and my healing guide made herself known by making the top of my head tingle in the middle, then spread out like a snug cap. (Meanwhile, I felt my main guide sort of resting in my left eye, like before.) My hands tingled as always with guides. My hands are always cold. The tingling happened and my hands slowly warmed. That was really interesting. Asked about what I need to heal, I felt confirmation that I am on the right track with considering the resolution of a relationship that isn’t working for me.
