I appreciate the shout out, babe. To listen to your own inner voice is to start to notice and dissolve the first separations we experience - that of the self from the Self. It is so beautiful that you shared that, and a great gift. I also love how you described the spiral vs linear experiences, offering participants a 'shoreline' (shout out to Adrienne) they can use to notice and experience spiral vs linear perception. the discussion portion, connections between today and childhood even evoked the spiral once again, coming back around, just differently every time. It was SO inspiring to watch this work. Thank you!!!

Hello! I'm Sarah from Istanbul! (Turkish American) My dear friend Sarah Saad told me about this awesome community. When I revealed to her what I've been doing to work on myself for the last three years, she suggested I join! In a nutshell, I've lived an insanely traumatic life, decided to heal myself back to the Big Bang, and experienced ego death and awakening soon after. I've got a novel approach, making 'the Knowledge' as practical as I can, even with some of those deeply abstract concepts. I've just been looking for community, as well as a way to help others.
