I think a little stress can be helpful, but too much stress without rest or support can be harmful. That’s why it’s important to take breaks, talk to someone, or do things you enjoy to relax.

When I feel stressed, I talk with my dad. He makes me feel more comfortable and helps me think clearly. Actually, a cup of Nescafé helps too , and sitting in a quiet place makes it even better.
