WOW. That is all. Why did I wait!

It happened. It's live. Lots of work to do, but it's complete, and that feels like a significant accomplishment. Additionally, I've been doing a series of content on my personal pages about our origin story. By origin story, I mean mine, my husband's, and the business we built. It has gained a crazy amount of traction, and I'm thinking about what that means and how to continue to nurture that engagement and build on it. Additionally, I'm having some pretty big reconsiderations about the path of our business. It's scary, and it's exciting. Not everybody gets the opportunity to run a million-dollar business, lose it, pivot, and build a new one. I don't have much of a runway, but it's enough. And honestly, I don't even know if I should say "reconsidering the path." The path has always been the same. The what and how we talk about it is different. My goal, as I'm considering this, is to make sure my decisions are based on confidence and not the need for distraction. The more I roll it out and get clarity, the better everything feels. I know that's a little vague, but for now it's enough. There has been significant resistance to this launch product for multiple reasons. I'm still going to pursue the launch with the same level of vigor and attention. While I'm doing that, I'm going to be thinking a little more heavily on the big picture and how we build that.

I've kept my head down again and stayed focused. In fact, I've had a no-build, no-learning rule, and I have just worked my way through ClickFunnels with Claude's support. My funnel should be live shortly. It is not pretty. It is certainly not perfect, but the framework is there, and now I can just continue to make it better. Getting it down and not making it perfect has been extremely hard, and I don't even know why I'm using the word "perfect." It's ridiculous. Prior to having the framework there, I was losing people. One decision I’m going to make this week instead of overthinking is Rely less on AI to fix problems and take the driver's seat back. I love this: "Confidence does not come from clarity. Clarity comes from action. You move → you learn → you adjust → confidence follows. Never the other way around."

My name is Sara, and I run Dandelion, based out of Minnesota. For the last five years, we've been providing services to families with children that have explosive behaviors, focusing on parents. We provide in-person and virtual services. In-person services happen on our 15-acre therapeutic farm in Minnesota. We've been in business since 2013, and we've been in Medicaid for the last five years. In May of 2026, state and federal policy caused us to shut down our Medicaid arm. Because the government handed us our leads, I have no marketing or advertising processes in place, nor do I have the experience to build them. This feels incredibly messy In the next 30 days I will build my funnel, and create an unstoppable speed-to-lead process - ideally, this will bring in the leads and address our cash flow problem.
