hello, all! the other day, i was in a meeting with a potential client about her branding + showing up on social media. this conversation was really eye opening for me because it made me understand that a lot of people are probably feeling like her right now…they have talent, they know they are here to help people, they are damn good at what they do…but the clients aren’t coming in. the way they would business isn’t working the same anymore…people are not referring as much, things are changing. and then the topic of social media comes up. the dreaded sigh…”i don’t want to do social media it’s hard, i don’t understand it and i don’t want to learn” well my friend…you are in an interesting predicament because we are navigating a time in the world where we do have to put ourselves out there in the digital world. and being resistant to it is only going to keep you in the background and forgotten… this client thought that she just hates social media…but what she doesn’t realize is that there is a deep visibility wound inside that is wanting her to stay playing small. whenever we grow, it forces us to have to look at the deeper issues we are avoiding. and that can be so uncomfortable! and as business owners, creatives, entrepreneurs now being told that it’s time to show up online- it can mean holy sh*t how am i gonna do that? the overthinking begins….the fear creeps in…the doubts and anxiety start picking up. and then you do nothing. this is a huge reason of why i came up with my Visibility Course in Skool. if you go to the classroom tab and scroll down, you will see the course that contains our first digital guide toolkit to help overcome these “blocks” that are keeping you from reaching your ideal clients. a new month, already! how is everyone doing? what are we moving through with our businesses and our life right now? would love for you guys to feel free to use the comments and let me know a few things: what are you needing help with right now? how are you feeling about moving into a new month and ending summer? what is one thing that excites you right now? because friends, we are in for some interesting times with the astrology! we are in the eclipse window for a solar eclipse in leo that ties back to the february 17 solar eclipse earlier this year… consider this chapter two. some things to consider with this energy: what are you building your life from? what kind of reset do i need around my identity, self expression, leadership, showing up and being seen? where have i been dimming myself to belong? where have i been creating from pressure instead of pleasure? where have i confused being seen with being validated? i’ve been having so many deep conversations with my colleagues about these themes…especially around showing up when it feels like no one is paying attention. you see, leo reminds us that visibility begins internally. before we ask the world to witness us, we have to become willing to witness ourselves. this is a powerful time to reconnect with your joy, your creative life force, your inner child, your desires, and the things that make you feel alive. and because solar eclipses are new moons on steroids, this isn’t necessarily about having all the answers right now. it’s about planting a new seed. you may feel called to: — take yourself and your desires more seriously — create without needing it to be perfect — step into leadership in a more authentic way — stop performing versions of yourself that no longer fit — let yourself be witnessed — reclaim pleasure, play, romance and creativity — choose self-expression over self-abandonment — build a life that actually feels good behind the scenes, not just one that looks good from the outside the deeper invitation:

we are existing in some interesting times and we can all feel it… body changes and upgrades, community changing, your purpose is maybe becoming more clearer, your mission is really coming to the surface now because it is go time. maybe you are done playing the mask of the old version of yourself and you are ready to be the real you- these are all themes of the full moon in aquarius energy. it’s so important to harness this energy, especially since the nodes have just changed into aquarius and leo as well. this has a big impact on how the next 16 months will go for us. the massive ego death we will all go through and at the same time, releasing those versions of ourselves that kept us playing small or hidden. it’s officially time to start taking up space! i always like to look at the houses of where aquarius and leo fall into my chart to understand what themes will be presenting themselves for this season of my life. i’m thinking if enough people want to learn, i may open up a webinar on teaching people how to access their astrology charts and start working with the energies that are coming up! leave a comment if you’d be interested in attending this educational and fun seminar. at the end of the day, we have to work with what is showing up for us whether we like it or not. astrology kind of helps us map the energy report like a weather forecast does…so it can be so helpful in planning your launches, understanding the cycles you are moving through and why people are in such funks right now. there are a lot of big changes for us in the next few days, weeks and months. are you ready?🫶🏼

back in the day, i used to do manifestation rituals like crazy…gratitude lists, writing on bay leaves and burning them, you name it…and i loved it because things really did start falling into place when i put my pen to paper. but over time and through life changes, i began to fall off my journaling…there is so much to tend to and do. how can i have time for that? but its all about your intention and setting aside time to connect with yourself…if you can check your screen time and see how many hours you waste away doom scrolling, you will find that you do actually have the time but that you are choosing to do something else with it. so today, as i write this message…i have my journal in hand as i write a letter to old self, letting her know where we are at in the future. what life feels like, how my visions came alive, what i let go of… an example would be: “dear sara- You did it! After years of trying to figure it all out, you allowed yourself to create the empire that nourishes your soul AND helps the world around you” and as i finish this practice, i will fill it with all that i’ve accomplished in the future because i do feel it is possible. we truly can manifest the life of our dreams, but we have to put the energy towards it and call it in. my spirituality has helped me so much in life…from understanding more about myself to creating business rituals that help me attract clients that love to pay me, to helping me restore my family relationships and feel more confident in my purpose…and i’m excited i have a community i can share this with💓

sometimes it’s hard to have the trust to keep going and showing up, especially when the external reality does not match what you are envisioning for yourself. this is all part of the surrender process. and it’s hard to keep surrendering when you hit the wall each time. when the clients don’t sign up for your offers…when the sales are not coming in…when we commit to things but just don’t follow through. why does this happen to us? well, in my honest opinion… with all of the incoming changes we have going on in the world and how things have been moving, everything looks like it’s leading up to redirecting and pivoting us in ways we couldn’t really imagine. that does take trial and error…and it also takes being able to understand that to be on our true life purpose, we will have to get a little uncomfortable. and that’s not easy to navigate. because we want stability, we want predictability…but for the times we are headed in, that’s not always going to be the case. if you are in this group and you read my posts, i thank you from the bottom of my heart for being part of this community. building community is not easy but when you know you are supposed to bring this to the world, you keep showing up because that is what a community builder does. so my advice to you today is to keep showing up. keep showing up when it feels quiet and like no one is paying attention because you never know who you can impact when you put yourself out there. keep being yourself, shining your light and moving forward✨ what are some of the struggles you are moving through right now? drop a comment if you feel called to share. when we allow ourselves to open up, we can also receive the support we need to keep going. and in the end, that’s what truly matters. not giving up when things aren’t going your way…but allowing yourself to open up to the magic that can unfold when you trust, when you surrender, when you show up.
