Your voice is not only a tool for singing, but also a path to feel, to express yourself, and to come back to yourself. Many of us learned, at some point in our lives, to hold our voice back. To become more “correct.” Here, we do something different.We begin to listen again. To the breath. To the sensations. To the emotions. Everything is welcome here. Little by little, we allow the voice to regain its freedom. This space is here to support you to: • feel more free to express yourself • deepen and transform your relationship with your voice • release tension and judgment around singing • meet people around you who can support your path • reconnect with your inner child• explore the voice as a tool for presence and transformation • rediscover the natural creativity already alive within you You don't need experience. Bonjour et bienvenue. suis Sari, et je suis très heureuse que tu sois ici. Cette communauté est un espace pour te reconnecter à ta voix et a des gents qui vont soutenir ton process. Ta voix est pas seulement comme outil pour chanter, mais un chemin pour ressentir, t’exprimer et revenir à toi-même. Beaucoup d’entre nous ont appris, à un moment de leur vie, à retenir leur voix. À devenir plus« corrects ». Ici, nous faisons quelque chose de différent. Nous apprenons à écouter à nouveau. Le souffle. Les sensations. Les émotions. Tout est bienvenue. Peu à peu, nous laissons la voix retrouver sa liberté. Cet espace est là pour t’accompagner à : • te sentir plus libre de t’exprimer • approfondir et transformer ta relation avec ta voix • relâcher les tensions et les jugements liés au fait de chanter • rencontrer des gents au tour de toi pour soutenir ton chemin • reconnecter a ton enfant interieur • explorer la voix comme un outil de présence et de transformation • retrouver la créativité naturelle déjà vivante en toi Tu n’as pas besoin d’expérience.
