So many are trying to fix themselves when what they actually need is space to exhale. Space to: tell the truth slow down hear their own inner voice again Clarity usually comes after safety, not before. 😅 Shaking my body or getting on a rebounder (mini trampoline) helps me get grounded and clear. Journaling helps a lot too. What helps you feel most grounded lately?

If you’ve been feeling foggy, unmotivated, or disconnected, it might not be a mindset issue. It might be your body asking for safety before movement. That awareness alone can change everything. Either hand on heart, take a slow deep breath hold it a few seconds and exhale slowly. Repeat 3-5 times. Does this resonate with where you’re at right now?
