โœ‹ The "just touch it" rule for habits that actually stick
I have a rule I live by for any habit I'm trying to build. ๐Ÿ‘‰ Just touch it. ๐ŸŽน Want to play piano every day? Touch the piano. Hands on the keys. That counts. If you want to play for an hour after that, great. If you want to walk away after five seconds, also great. ๐Ÿง˜ Want to meditate? Sit on the cushion. Ass down. That counts. Get up immediately if you want to. ๐Ÿคธ Want to move your body every morning? Stand up and stretch your arms over your head. Done. Most people fail at habits because they set the bar at "do the full thing well, every time." That bar is high enough that any rough day breaks the streak. And once the streak breaks, the habit dies. The bar that builds habits is "show up at all." A 10-second yoga flow is infinitely more valuable than a 30-minute flow you skipped because you didn't have time. ๐Ÿ”ฅ The streak creates the identity. ๐Ÿ”ฅ The identity creates the consistency. ๐Ÿ”ฅ The consistency creates the actual results. Touch it. Every day. Even if all you do is touch it. ๐Ÿ’ฌ What's one habit you keep dropping because you set the bar too high? Drop it in the comments and let's set a "just touch it" version.

Breakthrough Wednesday: Win or wall?
Happy Wednesday, founders. Midweek. Two options, pick one: 1. A win from this week. Any size. A question answered. A direction chosen. A thing finally named. 2. A wall you're running into. Something you're stuck on. Vague is fine. "I don't know what to do next" is a valid wall. Drop yours in the comments. Let's go!

What's your ONE thing?
Most founders donโ€™t have a knowledge problem. They have a follow-through problem. So letโ€™s make this simple: ๐Ÿ‘‰ What is the ONE thing you know would actually move your business forward today? Comment it below. Then go do it. Iโ€™ll check back in later ๐Ÿ‘€

Michael won the Skool Games! ๐Ÿฅณ
Wanted to give a MASSIVE congratulations to @Michael Rizk, who crushed the Skool Games in Q1! His community, Expanding Capacity, came in third place in the Health category, reaching a staggering $14,495 MRR! He now gets to fly out to Skool HQ in LA and get direct access to Alex Hormosi. Let's all show Michael some love in the comments! Spam him with your favorite GIFs ๐Ÿ˜‰
