Hey Anna, I’m a little behind as had a major launch at work, but will be up to date later tonight. One of my biggest challenges is breakfast (either skip, have late around lunch time as busy/not hungry). What’s a good, easy breakfast choice that gets protein in as I can’t stomach anything too heavy? I’ve been doing protein shake with your powder (which I need to order more of!), milk, berries and chia seeds…Is this ok? Thanks!
