Hello! I am micro dosing Reta, I also take Tesa/Ipa blend as well as GHK-CU. I love these peptides! I ordered the SLUPP-332 and just curious the best way to take it. I lift weights 5-6 times a week but do not do cardio. I have seen comments on people taking it before cardio or in the morning fasting. If I take in the morning fasting how long should I wait to eat?
