Have a play and show us yours! 👀👀👀 Give my personality a mascot using what you know about me and the uploaded photo for my appearance, invent a funny cartoon mascot that represents my personality. Feature a glamorous cartoon version of me posing beside the mascot as if we are an iconic duo. The mascot can be an animal, creature, object, or completely imaginary character. Give it one small accessory or detail that connects it to me. Add its name and one short tagline explaining its energy. Keep everything else minimal. So naturally, someone somewhere is about to tell you to make a gratitude list and raise your vibration. 😆 And hey—we LOVE gratitude around here. But let's talk about the kind of gratitude we practice in Haven. Not the: ✨ “Just think positive!” ✨ “Everything happens for a reason!” ✨ “Other people have it worse!” ✨ “Good vibes only!” Nope. Because gratitude should never require you to pretend something doesn't hurt. You can be grateful for your life **and** be having a really hard day. You can love someone **and** need boundaries. You can recognize your blessings **and** grieve what you've lost. You can be proud of how far you've come **and** be exhausted from the journey. You can believe that life contains incredible beauty **and** acknowledge that sometimes it is spectacularly unfair. **Both things can be true.** Maybe real gratitude isn't about convincing ourselves that everything is wonderful. Maybe it's about noticing the little bits of wonderful that exist **alongside everything else.** The friend who checked in. The animal who somehow knew you needed them. The first sip of coffee. A ridiculous meme arriving at exactly the right moment. The song that understands you. The person who lets you be completely, gloriously weird. The tiny moment when you suddenly realize: *I'm okay right now.* Those things don't erase the hard stuff. They don't need to. They're simply little lights we notice along the way. So for World Gratitude Day, we're not asking you to make everything beautiful. In the three months since this tiny rescue pirate sailed into our lives, she has: ⚔️ Claimed new territory. ⚔️ Become a mighty huntress. ⚔️ Attacked unsuspecting objects without provocation. ⚔️ Stolen treasure and hidden it in secret locations. ⚔️ Refused to disclose the whereabouts of said treasure. ⚔️ Mastered the ancient feline sport of Soccer Ball. ⚔️ Knocked things off counters because gravity apparently requires regular testing. ⚔️ Discovered that Nugget also possesses balls and decided that property rights are merely a human construct. **PIRATE.** There is simply no other explanation. 😂 Our beautiful Galatea Longtail turns TWO today, and what a gloriously neurospicy little creature she is. She's curious. She's clever. She's mischievous. She's an athlete. She's a hunter. She's an explorer. And she's brought a wonderful new flavor of chaos into our Haven family.
