I’m Sha’mya, an autistic brand and graphic designer currently trying to build and grow my own business that works with my brain, not against it. One of the other main reasons why I decided to start my business earlier than planned was due to the lack of job opportunities, especially since I've been applying as soon as I graduated college three years ago, but too little to no success. I also understand the hardships of entrepreneurship and the economy, especially as a neurodivergent creative, which is why I'm leaning towards helping other neurodivergent and/or creative entrepreneurs with their brand identity so it can serve as their home base they can feel comfortable returning to. Despite being a creative service provider, I still know what it feels like to have ideas you care deeply about but struggle to organize them into something clear (ask me how I know). It can definitely be exhausting AF to keep changing your colors, graphics, and messaging because nothing feels quite like you. And don't even get me started with feeling safe enough to show up confidently when your brand feels like one more thing you have to force yourself to maintain. I want to help create brand identities that feel less like another rigid system and more like a home base something clear, grounding, and familiar that you can return to whenever your business feels overwhelming. So if your current brand feels scattered, uncomfortable, or disconnected from the person behind the business, I would love to help you create something that finally feels like a place you belong. My contribution (which you'll find in Brand & Website section of the Freebie Directory) is the ND-Friendly Brand Clarity Check-In 🎁, an interactive diagnostic tool for neurodivergent and deeply creative entrepreneurs. It shows whether Cohesion, Comfort, or Confidence is causing the most friction in your brand. In a few minutes, you’ll get one clear priority and a few practical next steps, so you know where to start. 👀 I'D LOVE TO CONNECT WITH: fellow neurodivergent entrepreneurs (and potential business partners + mentors that won't let me struggle to build my design studio by myself)
