Prophetic Pedagogy?!
The Prophet ﷺ was the Messenger of Allāh—and the greatest teacher to ever live! What's remarkable is how practical his methods were: 📑 Not abstract theory. 📚 Not academic lectures. ⚙️ Real techniques anyone teaching anyone; parents, imāms, mentors, managers, can use today. A few that stand out: Meeting people at their level. Repeating what matters. Asking questions before giving answers. Using stories instead of definitions. Showing before telling. Choosing gentleness over correction by force. Every teacher, in every field, can borrow from this pedagogy. 📲 Check full post on: https://www.instagram.com/p/DZgB6uCDgqG/?igsh=aHlneGN3YTNhOXY5 What other prophetic teaching methods do you know from the sunnah & sīrah? Prophetic Pedagogy?!
📖 Why tarbiyah starts with the Qur'ān?!
🌱 Tarbiyah without the Qur'ān is just self-help with Arabic vocabulary. The Qur'ān isn't only a book to recite, it's the curriculum Allāh designed to shape hearts, refine character, and raise believers. Start small: - Recite daily, even before understanding. - Live one āyah a week. Use it as a 🪞 mirror, not a trophy 🏆 Make it the center of your home, not a shelf decoration. This is how the Ṣaḥābah (may Allāh be pleased with them) were raised 💟 — it still works! 📲 Check full post on: https://www.instagram.com/p/DY4i0x1DdaM/?igsh=MW1nZ3g0amJ0ZGQydA== <<or>> ‎ https://vm.tiktok.com/ZNRWfrWB5/ ... and share with you family & friends 💟

The hadith about istighfar that we mentioned in the Q&A can be found on 👉🏼 https://sunnah.com/abudawud:1518 as well as https://dorar.net/h/gOtR4s16. Please note; some hadith scholars deemed this hadith to be weak whilst others classed it to be authentic (hassan li-gayrihi). However, everyone agreed that the "meaning" of the hadith is correct. More "Benefits of Istighfar" can be found in the attached PDF 👇🏼

Please note; after we turned the recording off for our open chat, we discussed the fact that travelling to various places, even with the right intention and tarbiyah, is still a “non-essential” lifestyle choice. Travelling and exploring has its place, but it should never be at the top of our priority list. Some conditions for "halal" travel would include: - Muslims should not travel anywhere for “holidays” if they have not performed hajj before; one is fard (obligatory) the other is optional; or rewarding if done with the right intention. - Muslims should also travel to their families; there is a huge reward in visiting one's relatives. - Muslims should prioritise visit Muslim countries first; economy, brotherhood, etc. - Visiting other countries must be done with the right intention and only if all other conditions (above) have been met prior. واللّه أعلم

Alḥamdulillāh, our first, little booklet is ready! 👐🏼 101 Lessons from Ḥadīth Jibrīl عليه السّلام This is one of those narrations that feels like a whole curriculum packed into a single ḥadīth: Islam, Īmān, Iḥsān, the Final Hour, adab, knowledge, and so much more. So think of this booklet as your companion map for the journey 🧭🌱 Have a read, share it with your family, and let me know which lesson makes you pause and think. We’re currently exploring this ḥadīth, including its many lessons, in our "DEEN TOGETHER" (premium) class every Tuesday at 7 PM London time. You can join us via skool.com/tarbiyahforum/plans 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼

Please note; this a first draft version. We (TF) were thinking of the possibility to make it a proper publication at some point later this year. Please let support us with... - Your valuable feedback; comments, suggestions, typos, etc. - Any contacts with regards to repeatable editors, agents and/or publishers - Ideas with regards to format, size, and design 😁 PS: We were thinking of publishing it in a square (6x6-inch) format similar to the book attached below with faceless, watercolour illustrations. What do you think, DM me directly or comment below 👇🏼
