I’m Neika, hello from South Florida. I’ve been working in healthcare for over 15 years. I’m a nurse practice and have been building a practice, offering women a root cause approach to their cardio, metabolic health, perimenopause, and menopausal symptoms. I work with some women with PCOS, weight loss and nutrition.. My struggle has been creating consistency and strategies to grow my following and generate revenue.
