Every successful community starts with one clear problem. Not five. Not a list of everything you know. Just one core problem your members are actively trying to solve. If your community tries to solve everything, people won’t understand why they should join. Think about it this way… If your ideal member was lying awake at 3 AM, frustrated and searching for answers, what would they type into Google? That’s the problem your community should be built around. Drop your answer in the comments below. Keep it simple — 1–2 sentences is perfect.
