A place for your BE-coming
🌿 Lesson about your Book of BE-coming There comes a moment—quiet, almost sacred— when something within you begins to stir. Not loudly. Not urgently. But steadily. A knowing. A desire. A becoming. And it is in this moment that you must not rush past it. It is high time you honored it. Not with busyness. Not with overthinking. But with something far more powerful: ✨ You write it down. There is something deeply transformative about taking what lives inside your heart and placing it onto paper. It slows you down. It makes the invisible… visible. It tells your soul: “This matters.” Scripture gently reminds us: 📖 “Write the vision and make it plain…” — Habakkuk 2:2 Because what is written is no longer fleeting. It becomes a place you can return to. A record of who you are becoming. 🌿 Your Book of Becoming <——this is your sign to buy a new journal just for who you have become and are BE-coming. This is not just any journal. This is not a leftover notebook or something tucked in a drawer. This is your Book of BE-ing, and where you want to go as far as you can see in the future! This is your Book of BE-coming. And it must feel like you. Beautiful. Personal. Inviting. The kind of journal you want to open. The kind that feels like a quiet exhale when you sit with it. Perhaps soft linen. Perhaps florals. Perhaps something simple and elegant. There are no rules—only resonance. 🌿 Why This Matters More Than You Think Your thoughts pass quickly. Your desires can be dismissed. Your longings can be buried under responsibility. But when you write… You pause. You listen. You honor what is rising within you. And slowly—without striving— your life begins to align with what you’ve acknowledged. 🌿 Mission: I Am Possible! Today, begin your Book of BE-coming. ✨ Choose (or purchase) a journal that feels like you ✨ Sit in a quiet, unhurried space ✨ And write this at the top of your first page: “This is my Book of BE-coming” Then let your pen move. No editing.

This idea of beginning to journal made me think of my Mom. Until she passed at 94 years of age, she jotted down each day the highs and lows of her day. I find joy in reading and re-reading those diaries -- just to see her handwriting, and enjoy "being with her" as she visits with friends and families, crochets little projects, and bakes yet another batch of cookies. I have adopted that idea and look forward to joining my printed thoughts and experiences with hers. I hope my children and grandchildren will be equally blessed!

I really appreciate the attachment and the wisdom contained within it! It beautifully describes the attributes of the anchored woman.

Hello, Everyone! I'm Sandy. My biggest and best "claim to fame" is that I am Ruthie's cousin. I'm from Medicine Hat, Alberta. I've been married to my husband, Steve, for 52 years. In this season of my life, I'm hoping to increase my support and mentorship to the younger women in our wonderful church family. I'm in this group to find encouragement and your experiences in that regard. I'm also looking forward to quiet the noise of "mainstream" social media.
Welcome to all my Anchored ⚓ Woman™!
Welcome to The Lingerlonger — A private harbor for the woman everyone depends on. You carry responsibility most people never see. Your home. Your leadership. The emotional weight. This is where you come to breathe. To steady. To refill your well. You are not here to be rescued. You are here to anchor yourself. Here at The Lingerlonger, you can exhale deeply. Leave your shoes at the door. Lay down what you carry for a moment. Here, you are not the strong one. You are simply you. The little girl. The woman choosing her own BE-coming. The capable leader. And from this steadied place — you bloom.
Welcome to all my Anchored ⚓ Woman™!
