🌿 July Oil of the Month: Red Mandarin 🌿
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗘𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: Joyous • Giving • Enlightened This is such a caregiver-friendly oil—sweet, comforting, and uplifting when you feel emotionally flat, irritable, or guilty about needing a break. 𝗙𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀: Goodness (Gal. 5:22–23) Let Red Mandarin be your “pause and realign” scent cue: goodness isn’t performance; it’s Spirit-grown love in action. Where do you need goodness most today—toward yourself, toward your loved one, or in your inner dialogue when you’re tired?

@Kimberly Armatys most of us are hard on ourselves. Just take a breath and give yourself some grace.
Fruit of the Spirit Focus: Goodness (Galatians 5:22–23)
In Galatians 5:22–23, goodness is not performance—it’s Spirit-grown character. 𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀, 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲: - doing the next right thing without harshness - speaking gently even when you’re tired - offering care without losing yourself 𝗥𝗲𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻 can become a simple “scent cue” that reminds you to pause, breathe, and re-align with the kind of goodness God grows in you. How to Use Red Mandarin Essential Oil Safely (Simple Options) Choose the method that matches your real life: 1) Personal inhaler (fastest caregiver tool): Add 10 drops total to an inhaler wick. Inhale 3–5 slow breaths. 2) Diffuser: Start with 5 - 10 drops total in your diffuser. Run15 minutes on / 30 minutes off.

Happy 4th of July, The Cherished Caregiver Circle!
Wishing you a happy, safe Independence Day as we celebrate the 250th birthday of the United States of America (USA). If the fireworks and neighborhood noise feel overwhelming for you, your loved one, or your pets, here are a few quick ways to make tonight easier: 1. Create a “calm corner” (dim lights, favorite blanket, familiar items). 2. Use steady sound: a fan, soft music, or white noise to help cover the booms. 3. Close windows/curtains early and keep routines as normal as possible. 4. For pets: keep them indoors, ID tags on, and offer a cozy spot to hide; try a lick mat or chewy treat as a distraction. 5. Give extra grace—this is a sensory-heavy day, and it’s okay to keep things simple. How do you celebrate the 4th?

@Elaine Lugo Sounds like fun! We stayed home and made ribs, corn and bean salad. Pretty quite.
