Yesterday we started with G01 – The Driver and G02 – Driving Licence Class B. One of the key ideas in G01 was our 3-pillar model: ⚖️ The law 🚗 The ideal driver 👥 The others A very important realization: 👉We cannot change the law — and we cannot control what other road users do. But we can influence our own decisions, reactions and behaviour. We also used our topic cards to look ahead and discuss when the different subjects will come up during the course, so everyone already has a clearer picture of how the pieces will fit together. In G02, we focused on Class B and especially on trailers. Three numbers are worth remembering: 3,500 kg – 4,250 kg – 750 kg And of course, we also added some practical training: with sleep masks and steering exercises, we explored movement, coordination and muscle memory in a completely different way. 🙈🚗 A very strong first evening — focused, interactive and with lots of good questions. ➡️ Next: G03 Traffic Signs + G04 Road Markings, Roadway & Road Use.

DONE G05 ✅ 😳 What surprised you most in this lesson? that I cannot guess the correct answers for Capital 5.3 Right before Left :D ⚠️ What was the most important information? Bending priority road (Capital 5.5). I would like more complex examples of this. 👉 What do you want to pay extra attention to when driving? Signs to recognize the road from the right (Capital 5.3). From driving experience, sometimes it's hard to recognize the road from the right in unfamiliar areas. The tips given are quiet good :)

DONE G06 ✅ 😳 What surprised you most in this lesson? Not all trams have priority, and they are treated as normal vehicle when no St. Andrew Cross available ⚠️ What was the most important information? Green Arrow requires STOP before turning. 3 stripes = 240 meters not 300 meters 😅. Handwaving means giving up on priority / giving way 👉 What do you want to pay extra attention to when driving? Faster decision-making at intersections (Stichwort: Right of way, turning left)

Trucks are most dangerous when they turn right and reverse ⚠️ What was the most important information? keep distance to the cyclist ahead of you (1,5m in build-up area and 2m outside build-up area) 👉 What do you want to pay extra attention to when driving?
