Day 5&6 : Evening: Day 5 & 6 : Inner Path to Resilience & Self-Trust
Day 5&6 : Evening: Day 5 & 6 : Inner Path to Resilience & Self-Trust Subconscious & Somatic Evening Ritual: Somatic Discharge (5–10 Mins): Shake, stretch, or use a foam roller. Entrepreneurs carry stress in the jaw, shoulders, and hips. Physically shaking our body or holding deep passive stretches signals to your nervous system that the "battle" of the workday is officially over. The Brain Dump & Subconscious Prime (5 Mins): Write down every outstanding task, worry, or idea onto paper to clear your mental desktop. Follow this by writing down one specific question or creative problem you want your subconscious mind to solve while you sleep. Resonant Breathing (3–5 Mins): Inhale for 4 seconds, exhale for 6 seconds. Lengthening the exhale immediately activates the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest), lowering your heart rate and melting cortisol. Why this works: This 4-phase evening sequence works by moving our bodies from mind to nervous system to subconscious — each phase preparing the ground for the next. Somatic (Shaking/Stretching) — releases physical stress and interrupts fight-or-flight. Cognitive (Brain Dump & Priming) — clears mental clutter and directs the sleeping mind toward growth. Nervous System (4-6 Extended Breathing) — lowers heart rate and signals safety to the body. Subconscious (Hypnagogic Audio) — bypasses the critical mind to rewire deep beliefs.

Welcome
Housekeeping Announcement - 8-25-26
Giving you all the heads up if you are in this space and you are a non-participating or non-active member, I will be removing you. This means active beyond just welcoming in new members. This is a sacred space, and I want the energy in here to be as healthy and supportive to those actively engaging and working with the resources. Grateful for all that have come in to support at any point in time, and in this phase of the groups journey, I feel this is best. Thank you.

Day 7: Rooted In Me Experience — Practical Tools
Day 7: Rooted In Me Experience — Practical Tools and Ways We Connect With Ourselves What are some practical actions and tools that allow you to connect with yourself? Have you always done this? Is it something you started and stopped? If so, why — and what has brought you back to it? What will inspire you to keep going? I'll go first. What are some practical actions and tools that allow you to connect with yourself? Exercise or dancing. Moving my body. Breathwork and writing. Writing. Free writing is a real fun and groovy way for me to connect with myself — my own pattern of thinking. What thoughts come to me? How I see things? The many ways I see things, and why? What is truth? Is there a truth to be found? However, that is the beauty — taking time to sit with yourself. Feel your feelings. Where they start. How they move through us. Are certain feelings intense, and if so, why? Are certain feelings less intense, and why? Do you notice that you have more bouts of joy and laughter — or even when the untraditionally funny things happen, you still know how to keep it light and find the comedy in the experience. Have you always done this? Is it something you started and stopped? If so, why — and what has brought you back to it? I used to do it in one shape or form all the time, and at a certain point in my early adulthood, I stopped the creative writing part. I always kept writing notes and ideas, but short stories — the stories I enjoyed writing during Young Author's Day — stopped for a period. What will inspire me to keep going? The great desire and knowing that there is so much power in being in tune with myself in every way. That is my inspiration, along with demonstrating this for my daughter

@Donna Conrad yes because you're connecting to a part of yourself that you had forgotten. How beautiful is that. Glad you have been opening up there
