OSA Kicking my ASS
Hi everyone, just a quick update since I’ve been a bit quiet here lately. After returning from a recent trip I ended up getting pretty sick and was honestly out for the count for nearly three weeks. Even after recovering, I was still extremely tired… and now I know why. Just before leaving for the trip I completed a sleep study, and when the results came back I learned I have moderate obstructive sleep apnea. Not exactly the souvenir I was hoping for from 2026 πŸ˜… While I’m not thrilled about sleeping with a mask, I’m grateful to finally understand why I’ve been feeling so exhausted for so long. I’m slowly getting back into the swing of things and appreciate this community. Curiousβ€”has anyone else had a health moment where finally getting an answer explained a lot?

@Jenny Landis I have an appointment in about 3 weeks to get fitted for a mask.
Allow me to re-introduce myself!
Heyyy fellow nontraditionally-minded nurses! Pam here! πŸ‘‹πŸ½I’m an RN of 10 years with a diverse background in Med-Surg, Outpatient Internal Medicine, School nursing and most recently Home Care as a Nursing Supervisor. I’ve always known I’m destined for a non-traditional healing modality. I love working with the aging population and cultivating a mutual learning experience with them. My interactions transcend the physical and I always strive to promote spiritual and emotional healing. I’m not quite sure how all of this will translate into my coaching journey but I’m so excited to learn from this community!! Favorite Nick show would probably be Rugrats!

@Pamela Sackitey if you would like to chat about my journe, down for a chit chat.
Hi Everyone!
I’m Molly! I live in State College, PA temporarily (for 1 year) and will return to my hometown Claremont, CA in July 2026. I’m enjoying this very cold weather πŸ₯Ά while here, since it’s not something I experience at home. My favorite Nickelodeon show was iCarly when my girls were young. As for my biz, it’s not happening! I tried to get it going when we moved to PA. I put up flyers, handed out cards, used Facebook a bit, but got no bites. I took a class to learn how to collect clients, but instead it made me feel like I had to be a fraud to be in this business. I need help getting my mojo back and get excited about coaching again.

@Molly Jacobsen No need to be a fraud...be you, build a trusting relationship. I have had clients want to sign up or get started right away and others that took months for them to reach out and say I am ready. My business is not where I want it yet It's only been about 5 to 6 months...but, I am trying different things and always putting myself out there.
real, raw, honest... [start your 2026 with this video]
some things have happened in my life (watch the video for context) that have really got me thinking about time and have brought about some thoughts on bringing in a new year i'm not just passionate about this stuff because i enjoy biz building... to me, it's really about shedding old identities stepping into a new version of yourself. liberating from the old, embodying the new. it's about deciding. becoming. creating. expanding. if u watch this & you're interested in getting help with this stuff (you'll know what I mean if u watch) let me know in the comments, & I'll send you some info on how we support nurse coaches we're raising the price of CATALYST in early 2026 just like we raised it a couple times in 2025... b/c we keep getting better & better adding more support and tools to make sure you can't fail don't sit on the fence for another year. make a decision. don't give yourself a backdoor. go all in. who's going all in on the NURSEPRENEUR REVOLUTION this year?!?! πŸ”₯

I completely agree with your message @Micah Walker. I have always believed, next year you will be a year older. Will you still be saying the same song and dance...with excuses for why you must wait until next year. I live with that exact mindset, tomorrow, hell the next minute is not promised to any of us. Yes, the fear is normal, but what is on the other side of that fear?
the gnarliest food poisoning (New Years reflections)
Right before Christmas… I got wrecked by food poisoning I don't know if I've ever expelled so much in my life Pretty sure I lost a few lbs & maybe an organ in the process I can tell u that because… nurses, right? Nothing’s TMI for y’all πŸ˜… The good news? I’m heading into 2026 feeling lighter hahaha anyway... I’m starting to reflect on how I actually want to walk into this next year Not just in my goals… But in my rhythm. My rituals. The way I close out this chapter and step into the next one. I’m off to Tulum on Monday to celebrate New Year’s with my wife and a rad crew of entrepreneurs. but I’m curious... do u have any end-of-year rituals? Any things u always do to land the plane and prep for the next liftoff? Would love to hear how u close out a year and start another πŸ‘‡
