Budgets shift. A great PM doesn’t freeze. They don’t panic. They don’t wait for someone to tell them what to do. They move forward anyway — with clarity, structure, and confidence. This is exactly why so many “qualified” candidates get passed over…while others with less experience get hired. It’s not about being perfect. It's about being decisive. I know some are aware already of my success Story 😂 but I wanted to share my journey and my Project Management + Business Analysis Success Story I secured within 3 and half months again. I was not a believer to be honest before I joined @Ese Elakama Tech community because of my past experiences. I was a Healthcare Assistant on £12 per hour. Now I'm earning what I never, ever dreamed of. Before, I joined @Ese Elakama Tech Internship Communities (TPI & TPG Tech Community) another popular tech company sold me dreams 😡😡and I realized all they had was name and NOTHING real to help us that joined for real. I've spent the little money I did not even have on that bootcamp😡😡😡 promising heavens and earth. Saw Eses post one day on IG and there was something about the way she spoke..Calmly That was it for me. And I joined and the rest is history. I thank God for directing my journey and for aligning my path to @Ese Elakama journey. I'm a PM/ BA working remotely 💃💃💃💃 No more healthcare work💃

As the year winds down and the Christmas season is here, we just wanted to pause and say thank you. Thank you for being part of our community. You think about the year you’ve had… What worked. What didn’t. And quietly, what you hope will change next year. If a career change has been on your mind, more stability, better pay, flexibility, or simply work that doesn’t drain you, know this: It’s possible. And you’re not behind. We’ve seen nurses, support workers, retail staff, admins, and career switchers make life-changing moves they once thought were “too risky” or “not for someone like me.” Christmas reminds us that fresh starts don’t have to wait for perfect timing, just a willingness to take the first step.
