Self Care is essential to maintaining your mental health. For me, getting my nails done š
š¾ is like the best thing I can do for me. It makes me happy. I leave feeling confident and all the things. It use to be food for me. I had to change that approach because of my health. Some people feel guilty when they take time out for themselves. However, if you do not take time out to heal yourselfā¦. You can not pour into others properly. Donāt ever let anyone tell you that you are being āstuck upā because you are taking time out for you. Always rememberā¦.. you are importantā¦.. love yourself šššā¦.. itās okā¦.
