Do Yoga Nidra for 30 minutes 4. Grocery Shopping :) I do really enjoy picking one new thing and trying it. 5. Shooting content for Instagram + Linkedin Content System 6. Sleeping 30 min extra 😄
Slowly the focus is “how to live deeply and be of value” than how to be more successful. I am working on this more consciously.
