The crowd is nice to have but I never really notice them. But I don’t usually notice what’s around me when I’m racing and so I wouldn’t notice the beautiful course either!

@Caroline Claassen Sawtooth laces are the best. I always switch out the awful laces on my Adidas shoes and replace them with the sawtooth laces.

Flex - 6 miles in the heat and humidity! Decided to do the run today instead of tomorrow and glad I did!
