When it comes to selling products, i always struggle to get a client to buy some products and it comes down to not understanding what each product does, I always was unsure when to open up the conversation about products to the clients. By watching this video the main thing i liked about it was Sammy was educating his clients and making sure what each product does for their hair and the benefits it comes with I enjoyed how samy had a system from when the client came into the barbershop and when he was leaving.

What a score this information and knowledge is. I really appreciate the efforts you guys have gone into putting this all together. I'm half way through and I can already see shifts in my perspective towards product knowledge and how to provide value to a clients concern. Not just a sale. 🩵
