I got a DM from aifanvue, a page with over 360k followers on Instagram, asking if I’d like my account to be promoted on their pages. Have any of you ever done that? Is it legit? And if you did, was it worth it?

Threads Instagram account suspended

One of my accounts just got suspended on Instagram/Threads, and I'm not sure how to handle it. Or what should I do to avoid it?

@Joseph Hagan I didn’t warm up the account slowly enough. I think I was liking comments and leaving too many replies on posts, and it got suspended right after I left a comment. Maybe it was considered spammy, even though I didn’t think it was too much. I’ll be more careful moving forward and limit how often I like and comment across different screens.
