What’s up, yall! My name is Sam Jost and I’ve been working with Jake for close to 2 years now (crazy to think about). I started out my journey like most people… talking about getting into Airbnb, but not knowing where to start, which is why I brought on Jake to help coach me through it. We started out in Denver and boy was it tough. Denver and the surrounding areas is really hard to arbitrage due to very strict regulations, so Jake and I decided that I needed to pivot to my home town of Indianapolis (best decision ever). While I was working with Jake to arbitrage a deal, I brought a cabin to him that I wanted to buy. He helped me run the numbers, analyze the deal, and ultimately give me the confidence that spending a large amount of cash would be a smart investment. Long story short… he was right. Jake helped me get this cabin looking real nice and pretty for me to list it online and I quickly became a superhost, guest favorite, top house in the area, etc (you name it!) Jake has helped me tweak my pricing to garner longer stays, give me tips on photos & amenities to add, and how to continuously receive 5 Star reviews through flawless guest communication (just to name a few).
