Stop dimming your worship to match the room. If they won’t lift their hands, you still can. If they won’t kneel, you still can. If they won’t shout, you still can. Your praise isn’t crowd-dependent. It’s covenant-based. You don’t need permission to adore Jesus. You don’t need the atmosphere to be right. You don’t need everyone else to go first. You are not called to read the temperature. You are called to set it. Worship is not about fitting in. It’s about pouring out. Loud. Quiet. On your face. With tears in your eyes. It’s between you and Him. And sometimes the breakthrough in the room is waiting on one person brave enough to go first. Be that one.
