Yesterday I was searching for a new boxing Gym, I went on google maps and just looked at some in my area, Went to their Websites, and what do I see .... a ugly ass website that is turning me off. + I can't even clearly see how I can start as a new customer... ... What did I do .. I moved on and looked at another website // BOOM 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐈 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐚𝐬 𝐚 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐰𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐧 𝐜𝐨𝐩𝐲 𝐨𝐧 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐈 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐆𝐲𝐦 I can easly put in my information for a testtraiing I don't have to click around and search only to find a tiny text explaining it in a bad way -------------------------------- What Gym do you think I picked? The second one of course. What should you take away from this? Think about why the Company / freelancer you are working for needs a Website. What should the Website do for him? Then optimize only for this one thing. Doing everything as clean and easy as possible! ------------------------------------ How many customers do you think did the frist Gym miss out on only because of their Website? How many customers do you think did the second Gym gain only because of their Website? ------------------------- This is what you can do as a Wbedesigner. A LOT of Business need your help! Find then, and conntact them, explain them how and why your optimization will help them make more money. OR even better attract customers that need your help with content. So that they reach out to you. 🤫👀
