What do you guys see that this athlete needs to work on? Bonus points if you write out a plan as to how you would improve it as well!

There’s not much drift at peak leg lift, Front leg looks solid at landing , but his arms coiled in a way that doesn’t look right to me. I’m not an expert and I don’t know what I should be looking for exactly. I’m curious to see what y’all think

Preparing for a start
I have a start tonight and I wanted to know the different ways everyone prepares for a start or just an outing?

Mentally I don’t do shit, so I don’t overthink anything, other than thinking how I’ll get specific batters out if I know who I’m playing. Physically usually longtoss or light toss depending on how I’m feeling, then a pen to know what pitches I got for that day

Would have to agree with you Jakob, dodgers bullpen is NASTY and I don’t think I’ve seen their top end relievers implode once unlike other teams ( Devin Williams, estevez, straham, Diaz, clase etc) Their lineup is deeper than the Yanks with a lot less question marks too. The X factors definitely their starters, specifically I think how Yamamoto pitches

I also took a pvc pipe and swung it with intent trying to rotate quick and fast. Saw it on my instagram feed and wanted to try it. Definitely something I like the feel of if you can get past people looking at you weird
