Question about proof of funds
Mr William I got acceptance letter from Barry university in Miami the tuition fee is $500 but they are asking for proof of funds for Sum of $35k before they will give me the I-20, my problem is the bank statement . please I need you advice on this please

I don't have that amount to prove nor to pay to the school, I thought the schools on common app are all fully funded that's why I went add to apply
