@Nick Schmidt Yes, the trigger link could absolutely be the reason. I've seen this happen in GoHighLevel a few times. Some tracked/redirected links (especially review links) can hurt deliverability because mailbox providers treat them as suspicious. I'd recommend testing these one by one: ->> Use the direct Google review URL instead of the GHL trigger/tracking link. ->> Disable link tracking/click tracking for that email if possible. ->> Check the review URL on tools like Google Postmaster Tools or MXToolbox to make sure the domain isn't causing reputation issues. ->> If the direct link works, then the trigger/tracking link is almost certainly the culprit. Also, if you're sending review requests at scale, consider using a dedicated sending domain with a strong reputation and keep warming it up while gradually increasing volume.
