🔢 Counters look like a wall. Most of daily life runs on a handful of them, so start there.

The community just relaunched, and new faces are showing up. Whether you joined yesterday or back in February: drop a fresh intro below. Three things: 🇯🇵 Your level (or "no idea", the placement test in Start Here fixes that in 3 minutes) 📍 Where you're from 🎯 What you want Japanese for: the trip, the anime, the JLPT, the job Mistakes welcome. Try a line in Japanese if you dare 💪

Hey everyone 👋 The community is fully rebuilt, and the complete Zero→N1 journey is now live inside it. We went quiet for a few months to rebuild this into what it should have been from the start, instead of half-finished courses and empty "coming soon" folders. That part's done. Here's what's waiting for you now: 🧭 Start Here: take the 3-minute placement test. Most people land a level lower than they expect, and it maps your exact path to N1. You can also watch lesson 1 of any level free. 🌱 N5 → 🗻 N1: real lessons built around real situations. A konbini run, an office phone call, your first news headline. Situation first, JLPT structure underneath. 📦 The Vault: pass-plans, Anki decks, core-word lists and grammar maps for every level. The whole exam machine in one place. 🎤 Live Q&A every Wednesday, plus daily challenges to keep the momentum going. If you've been meaning to actually get somewhere with Japanese, this is the moment to jump back in. Start with the placement test, then drop a comment with the level you landed on 👇
