I’ve been away… not because I forgot you, but because life has been heavier than usual. I’m moving through things that have drained me in ways I didn’t expect, and I’m very aware of my own struggles right now. And the truth is… I can’t show up for anyone the way you deserve when I’m running on empty. I never want to give you half–presence or forced energy. So I stepped back to breathe, to feel, to gather myself quietly. But let me say this; every time I see your posts, your wins, your reflections, your soft moments… it gives me hope for myself too. You don’t even realize how much light you share without trying. If you felt my silence, know it wasn’t distance, it was survival. Thank you for your patience, your softness, and for being a space I can return to without fear or pressure. I’m still here. And when I come back, it’ll be with sincerity, not exhaustion.
