💬 Real Talk: What I wish I knew 15 years ago
When I was building my business originally, what was leaking my energy and time was me trying to be and do all the things in my business. I didn't take the time to slow down, to see what was essential that I do and what I was able and willing to hand off to someone else. I thought "good coaching" meant being available 24/7.
