Skool PROOF:dues-by-phase sheet + CC&R summary attached. The Dues by Phase is still a work in progress. I am contacting HOA on Monday to see if they have anything supplementary. They were closed when I called today. Drafted Manual Part I! Added to Tier A Owners. One lesson learned: Having a checklist helps you stay focused and feeling accomplished.
