I also work with companies that don’t want to keep losing the talented women they’ve already invested in. I’m Samantha Kaye Harris from New Jersey. I’ve spent decades working in tough, crew-style environments, so I don’t do sugar-coating. I teach real tools for real workplaces — job sites, garages, shops, hangars — all the places where women are tired of being talked over or overlooked.
