I wanted to take a moment to reflect on the 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐬𝐞𝐭 𝐇𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐨𝐮𝐭 Zoom call we had on Thursday where we delved into the captivating topic of 𝐒𝐄𝐋𝐅 𝐒𝐀𝐁𝐎𝐓𝐀𝐆𝐄 and the incredible benefits that come from conquering it. Our discussion was nothing short of inspiring, as we explored the different ways in which self-sabotage can hinder our personal growth and success. We shared personal anecdotes and uncovered patterns of behavior that have held us back from achieving our full potential. It was truly eye-opening to see how we all resonated with different aspects of self-sabotage, highlighting the importance of this conversation for our collective growth. By identifying the various forms of self-sabotage, we gained valuable insights into the underlying motivations behind our self-defeating behaviors. Power of the affirmation 💪💪💪
I start the day by deciding that I will control my thoughts and my words. I know that I can train my own mind with positive affirmations.. Affirmations or positive attitudes are one of the ways. Affirmations are positive statements that describe the state I want to achieve. Their repetition beautifies my life, raises self-confidence, brings cheerfulness into every new day. They are efficient, simple and give quick results. They don't ask me for a special concentration, nor any great experience in the so-called "working on themselves". When my subconscious adopts them, such a way of thinking will be taken for granted, and so will my cheerfulness of mind. I want to share very important information with you.. Method of repetition: In order for my affirmations to really have the desired effect, it is very important for me to say them with full attention and a lot of emotion. I immerse myself in them and believe that they are already true, I look forward to them from the very depths, the interior of my being... Namely, if I don't believe in them myself, I won't convince my subconscious either. Then the repetition of affirmations will be ordinary self-deception.
