comparison of recourse and non recourse
Recourse: If broker doesn’t pay → carrier pays the factoring company back. Non-recourse: If broker doesn’t pay → factoring company takes the loss (if covered under the agreement). Easy way to remember: 👉 Recourse = Carrier’s risk 👉 Non-recourse = Factor’s risk
Looking for a dispatcher position
I’m based in Pakistan and looking for an opportunity as a Truck Dispatcher. I have strong knowledge of U.S. trucking, load boards, brokers, rate negotiations, and dispatch operations. Although I’m a fresher professionally, I’m highly motivated, hardworking, and ready to learn and deliver results. 📩 If you’re hiring a Dispatcher, please DM me.
Tired of Cold Calling — Need Honest Advice
I’m honestly getting tired of cold calling. I’ve been doing it every day for the last 2–3 months, but I still haven’t gotten a single carrier to work with me. Sometimes I wonder if the problem is because I’m Pakistani, or because U.S. drivers don’t trust dispatchers anymore—especially dispatchers from Pakistan. Maybe my accent also makes them realize I’m not from the U.S. I’m not trying to scam anyone. I’m an independent dispatcher who spent around 3–4 months learning dispatching, and now I’m trying to build my own business. I’m working hard every day, but the lack of results is really frustrating. If you’re an experienced dispatcher, what do you think I might be doing wrong?
