For the next 3 weeks, I will implement the 3D teaching and learning method and avoid opening social media during the time I've allocated to study.

Minimum Task: What is one thing relating to your grades that you can take responsibility and try to improve tomorrow? I spent too much on the tasks that I enjoyed and too little time on tasks that I didn't enjoy. Allocating time to tasks on a plan should help with achieving the tasks that I need to get done before deadlines. - If you fail to plan, you are planning to fail. - Resistance is necessary for growth Moderate Challenge: What is one thing that you have been blaming someone else or something else that you can take responsibility and ownership? I used to blame the long travel times to and from uni for taking up my productive time. I was in the wrong because I can use my travel time productively (e.g. listening to lectures while driving). - Focus on what you can control - Keep looking for ways to improve Advanced Challenge: Look back at one thing that happened that went wrong and you think it is definitely someone else's fault - how could you have made a different to influence the final outcome? I slipped a disc at the gym doing a squat when the weights were about to fall off the bar on my back. Still gripping the bar tightly, I asked my gym partner to push the weight in a better position, but instead of pushing the plates that were about to fall off the bar, he pushed the entire bar across with his whole weight. He pushed the bar across so hard that I ended up slipping a disc in my spine while balancing on one foot. There were many things that I could've done to prevent this situation from happening (such as using safety clips on the bar or just dropping the weight completely). I should have created the right foundation for myself by taking safety precautions before squatting and would've avoided that whole situation completely. - People who fail tend to blame others for their failures - Build a solid foundation with concrete and bricks, not sticks and hay
