Really enjoy having structure to my training again with the flexibility and knowledge of how to adapt sessions based on other commitments on any given week.
Having support from each other and sharing in the highs and lows, plus being able to tap into coach’s expertise and wisdom and knowing when to push and when to pull back.
The weekly coaching calls are fun and informative, I’m finally learning the science behind training zones, fuelling, adaptation to training stimulus etc.
Highly recommend!
