Case study: How to analyse and generate 100s videos weekly?
I’m testing a new format where I show exactly what’s possible for business with no-code tools and AI. Today: a case from my current project - massive analysis and creation of video content. Types of businesses with this task: - Marketing agencies – produce lots of content for many clients - E-commerce – stores that create content to promote products - Creators – large players with systematic content across multiple platforms Core process: Find a viral reference ⬇️ Analyze it ⬇️ Copy the structure ⬇️ Create the video ⬇️ Analyze the results ⬇️ Repeat if it worked Tasks that can be automated (with guides): - Finding viral references – manually curated database + scraping via Apify - Analyzing structure of viral videos – video analysis with Gemini - Creating the video – audio/voice generation with 11Labs, image generation with OpenAI/Midjourney/Flux, video generation with Veo3/Runway/Kling - Analyzing metrics of your own content – scraping via Apify - Comparing your video vs. the reference – video analysis with Gemini Project characteristics: - Budget: $5,000–12,000 depending on scope - Ongoing costs: depends on volume of videos - - Scraping: $5–10 per 1,000 videos - - Video creation: $2–10 per video - - Video analysis: $5 per 100 videos - Timeline: 1 week per every 2 steps + 1 week for project setup How do you like this format? Which business task should I break down next? __ We have ready-to-use guides for each of processes in our community https://www.skool.com/5minai-pro

Thanks Mark! Sounds like good a good use case, the research of virality would be excellent. Shorter vids are clearly easier to handle - What’s the max video length for this automation say for YouTube? Custom code vs N8n, custom using Claude code might be more appropriate right?
⚠️ I'm closing free community
Hi everyone, I’m reaching out to let you know that I’m going to close this community. When I started this group, I was intoxicated by the success of other creators. I wanted to make a lot of money like my competitors and switch from working to teaching because I love it. I thought my huge experience would help me with that—but that was a mistake. During this six-month chase, I realized a lot—mainly that I was focused on the wrong things and had the wrong goals. All these overcrowded communities focus on producing content and getting more members, instead of sharing REAL knowledge. Of course, they share some tips that might seem very good for any non-tech newbie, but professionals in this niche clearly see how far the solutions shared in these communities are from what they actually do daily. Nobody cares about researching technologies and building something reliable and scalable, because it’s very hard and complex work. I’ve been in the no-code niche for five years and know that most no-code agencies focus on MVPs, because 95% of them die after launching. It’s easy money: you build something for a few months, get $15k, and then it dies—nobody will find your bugs, the client will never know that this solution can’t scale beyond 30 users, and you never need to maintain that mess. At the same time, there’s a parallel market for real solutions—usually businesses smart enough to avoid scammy agencies. They collaborate with proven professionals and work with them for years. In this situation, you barely need to make content or share cases, which is why it’s so hard to find such professionals and real information online—they’re busy working. Only a few of them have time to share deep insights. I’m working too—I can’t afford to stop working and just teach because technologies move very fast, and to answer questions, you need to keep gaining new experience, researching new approaches, etc. Otherwise, your knowledge is outdated in just a few months. So I found it very hard to combine content generation and actual work, as both take huge resources to produce high-quality results.

Valuable advice, thanks Mark and sorry to hear. Will you continue the paid community for access?
The only way to make $5000 per month with N8N (manifest)
Do your job well. ___ I see a lot of people frustrated about content in social media that tells them that everyone can make EASY money with N8N and shares their templates and courses - you start to feel like you're missing something when everyone around you is successful. These people are lying to get their own benefits from AI trends - they make money on content/education, not on real projects. Most of them never tried to build something that actually works or acquire real clients. Most of the templates are just pieces of crap, stolen three times over. That’s why people jump into the real world after their courses and can’t make even a penny with the knowledge they’ve acquired. Many people teach how to sell solutions, not how to build them. As a result, the market is full of crappy agencies with zero-experience people trying to trick clients and make junk that never works. I spent 5 years among such agencies and saw hundreds of thousands of dollars spent on solutions that never made it to production. ➡️ So, how do you do real stuff and make money without pushy sales techniques? I’ve made $5k per month for the last 3 years in a country where the average salary is $800. Do I do sales? No. Cold outreach? No. Upwork? Not anymore, I was banned. So, where do I get most of my clients? Relationships. People trust people, not ads. ➡️ How do you build relationships from scratch? Get your first projects for free to gain experience and meet new people. Help others in communities, whether you know the answer or not. Content is a part of building relationships, because through your content people get to know you and feel closer to you as a person. Choose one social media platform and share your knowledge, your cases, and interesting finds from the internet. You don’t need a lot - in reality, you just need to do 1-3 projects really well and build relationships with those clients. If you make them money with your solution, they will come back to you over and over again. Half of my clients come back even after years because they know I can provide quality solutions and really help them.

Faceless content generation system with consistent characters
Hello everyone! A few months ago you voted in a poll for more content about content generation. Is it still relevant for you? Please tell me in comments. So, I'm preparing a guide to content generation with consistent characters based on new OpenAI model. System will be based on Airtable with ability to control intermediate steps with stories, images, video and sound. ➡️ Curious to know the opinion of creators in this niche - What do you think? Do you have any particular obstacles with content creation systems?
