Don't let Monday slip away
5 Small Steps to Get Something Done Today Monday can disappear fast if you let it. So don’t try to do ten things at once. Pick one task and finish it. Here’s the plan: 1. Pick one task Not five. Just one thing that actually matters today. 2. Take 3 slow breaths Before you start, settle yourself. Slow the breathing down and get your head in the room. 3. Set 10 minutes Tell yourself you only need to focus for 10 minutes. Starting is usually the hardest part. 4. Remove one distraction Phone away. Tabs closed. Whatever normally pulls you off track, move it. 5. Finish the block Stay with the task until the timer ends. Then decide if you want to keep going. That’s it. One task. One short reset. One focused block. Do that today and you’ve already moved forward. What’s the one thing you’re committing to finishing today? Drop it below. — Shaun

Love this Simple and powerful one task, one focus, one win. My one thing today is diving into your courses properly. No more excuses! Who else is committing today?
1% Better This Week
This week, don’t try to change everything. Just get 1% better each day. A little calmer. A little more aware. A little quicker at noticing when your breathing gets short or your head starts racing. That’s enough. For the next few days, keep coming back to one thing: Your breath. Not to force yourself to relax. Not to get it perfect. Just to notice it... and use it to bring yourself back. When things feel busy, pause. Slow the exhale. Drop your shoulders. Take a few steady breaths. Then carry on. That tiny reset might only take a minute, but done often enough, it starts to change how you move through the day. So this week, forget big promises. Just ask yourself: What would 1% better look like today? Do your reset. Notice what changes. Then come back tomorrow and do it again. Small steps. Repeated. That’s how this becomes part of you. — Shaun

1% better every day is all it takes small consistent steps compound into massive change over time. The breath is the most powerful reset tool we have and it's always with us. Love this reminder! 💪🙏
