People will say that have good intentions to work with you but their true character will shine brightly once they get money and attention. It something doesn’t feel right with that individual, have that difficult conversation with them. You’ll never be criticized by someone doing more than you; only by those doing less. One more; Watch how other successful people treat others they disagree with or their status with how much money they make. Do good by others

I have a question
hello so I have a question, like I said it before I am new at this, but I have talked to a few builders and gotten there but box. I have had a few that said that they would like to build 100+ houses on the acres that are being sent to them and they don’t want anything less but they didn’t clarify how many acres that is so I’m wondering how many acres does it take to build 100+ homes on it?

Depends on the location as Douglas mentioned. It also depends on what its zoned for as well. A developer that wants to build 100+ houses has to obtain permits for the land and subdivided for those parcels. You can always ask the developer how many acres he needs to be able to build that many homes. They call the cookie cutter homes. basically built on top of each other. I have neighborhoods where I live at that are being developed for this purpose but 100+ homes is a lot
