@Adriana Toma asking some to expand on the bigger motivations behind their goals (in the right way at the right time) will allow them to tell themselves the reason that they chase the goal in the first place, once you have the reason that extend beyond that individual you can really get to the line in the sand with the cost of inaction. They need to pronounce to the universe that they will not settle for the alternative to their big why. Cause at the end of the day, we do what we do for our family, our community or our ego (generally), and we wouldn’t want to let any of those three down, would we?
