anyone elses meta ads for clients not doing good? ours are worse than ever, getting leads but nothing is converting currently

I’m working with a brand trying to sell on TikTok shop and run TikTok ads but the product keeps getting banned and the ads removed even though I’ve seen plenty others advertising the same stuff. Anyone got a contact with someone from TikTok as I can’t seem to get through to anyone?

Hey guys, so I got a booking through IG DMs the other day and the prospect seemed very eager for it, almost like he would be ready to buy. However something messed up with my GHL calendar as it was synced to google calendar when i made changes, so the meeting got cancelled. I thought that the lead cancelled and was very annoyed that the meeting didn’t go ahead Do I just followup on them until they rebook, i feel so shit that I wasted their time? What do I do
